When you live with musicians you remember something that everyone used to know: the point of music is to be around people as they play it, and learn it, and learn each other; for themselves and for each other and for you.
My birthday is coming up and I want a cover album made by my friends. That will be in the beginning of May. Here are some songs that I thought would be fun to hear from a familiar face:
