Introduces a (more) recent growth model of networks, this one tuned to describing protien interaction networks. It is difficult to see it as different than the BA model, except that clustering probably scales better. Much effort is spent 'getting through to' biologists, who can be expected to remain unimpressed. I'm not sure why both this and Vazquez 2002 were both assigned.
