A Reader providing research (theoretical, field, evolutionary, experimental) and policy implications on the theory of strong reciprocity, a patch to 'rational egoist' man assumed by classical economics. it was good. No clue where my notes went. That is where I learned about crowding out, I think. Frey, Ostrom, Bowles, Gintis and a bunch of others are in there.
