Waves and synchrony in networks of oscillators of relaxation and non-relaxation type

This is one of those papers that I'm going to express relief that I didn't end up reading. Too bad, I was really starting to get psyched about digging into the math behind systems of coupled oscillators. This seemed to be a prototypical paper digging into what relaxation type oscillators are. The look like they were an improvement for one reason or another, and there is a non small group of people pretty excited about them.
